[b]The Last Word and Thorn are two of the best guns in the game. But, Thorn is signifcantly better.[/b] Whenever I find myself facing a Thorn user with The Last Word, they shoot me twice in the head and then hide behind cover until I die, which isn't even enough time for me to whip out my Felwinter's and trade with them. > The Thorn can two shot at any range, but The Last Word is only powerful at close to mid-range. I would suggest buffing the Last Word's range so it can beat Thorn in those longer range encounters. > The Thorn can two-shot faster than the Last Word can. No matter how long the Thorn Burn takes to kill, you're already dead, so I suggest buffing the Last Word's rate of fire so the Thorn user will not be able to get a second shot off. > The Last Word's bonus damage is inconsistent, so unlike Thorn, it can only two shot sometimes while ADS. It's too difficult to hipfire for the bonus damage, so I would say add the bonus damage while ADSing as well, which would also remove the so-called "glitch" that allowed you to only sometimes get bonus damage while ADSing. [b]TL;DR[/b]: Buff the Last Word's Rate of Fire and range so it can compete with Thorn's two-shot at any range, and make the bonus damage while hipfiring also while ADS, so the Last Word can three shot to thr body like Thorn can while ADS.
