Maybe I mean ping... But I know many times my internet craps out in some way or another and frame rate drops like a bomb. [i]CHEST COMPRESSIONS![/i]

Yeah you probably mean ping. Frame rate has nothing to do with internet connection. That is lag that mashed things look choppy in a pvp match.
