*sigh* no it won't.
Black spindle has a higher impact, there for it is already ahead of the 1k stare.
For the moments that you are reloading the black spindle is pumping out another shot or 2. The black spindle is unbeatable in dps and will continue to be that way until gjallarhorn 2.0 comes out or somthing.

MUH IMPACT I have a 311 spindle, I know it does more damage per shot but you will get more dps if you have a 1KYS with the right perks and a fast reload.

You can't say no without actual proof. He's right though with that setup I see people do more damage on the charts than black spindle users

1KYS has way higher fire rate that reloading won't make a dent when you are pumping out 6 rounds in a mag quickly with 24 rounds
