HELP! Can Legacy Grams Drop PoE Exotics!
Xûr is selling special and I really want that Dreg's Promise.
To be clear: just to fill up my Y1 blueprint kiosk. It's the last one I need. Really don't want to spend 31 coins and later find out it was never in that loot table.
