Anther one of those. RNG is not earning shit. It's pure luck. There is no quest line or any challenges beyond farming engrams to obtain this weapon. Simulant Sleeper, No Time to Explain and the exotic swords are earned for completing challenges. Even here the word earning might be a little strong given how easy it was. But at least you had to do something special :-)
