Help pls touch of malice, one fragment left where to get t2 rune
U need one more fragment for tom, it's a t2 court of oryx summon, I have no t2 runes but 71 regular ones
My question is, where can I find a t2 rune please?

A tier 2 rune is the stolen rune, you just need to grind or buy one from Eris. After picking one up you need to get it charged by doing three tier 1 bosses. Then you can open a tier 2 boss.
