I used to be an avid fusion rifle user in crucible. Hip fire is a really useful technique to use and really paying attention to your map so you can pre-charge your rifle before the enemy appears. I haven't got into it much with new fusions yet. Only used the fwc one but I'm sure there are better options out there.
