Technically, that is Praedyth's body that we find. But if we play the Daily version of Paradox, we never see that body. Instead, we cleanse the Vault completely of Taken, thus allowing Praedyth to live on in his cell

How do we know? There is no ghost with it, and only bones remain. It only implies it is Praedyth by saying there is a trace of light which means its a guardian. Even if the ghost scans the bones, there would not be anything forensically to compare with Praedyth for confirmation. Since everything about Praedyth other then hints on scattered pieces of gear was wiped. At least that's how I understood it that he was almost entirely wiped from existence when put in is cell. So how can we be sure that is Praedyth's body? I understand it is highly implied that it is Praedyth, but to me it seems we could be making assumptions. We assume that only three people ever entered the vault before we killed Atheon. We assume that those bones are Praedyth's. We assume that they are his because he is the only possible one it could be. I know you are most likely right but I just don't like some parts of it. Even with Schrödinger's cat whether or not we can say whether it is dead or alive does not change the actual outcome. Meaning just because we did not open the box to find out if the cat is dead does not mean the cat didn't eat the poison and vice versa. It is just dead in a box unfound, or alive in a box only to eventually die because it ran out of food or decided to eat the poison second. The cat is either dead or alive regardless of whether we know it or not meaning not finding his bones doesn't change things. He is dead or alive regardless of whether we know it or not. Much like if a tree falls in the woods and nobody is around does it still make a sound? Yes it still makes a sound, our witnessing something does not change whether or not it happened. Then again space magic and time travel means anything is possible.

Praedyth is stuck in a "cell". The image for Praedyth's Door is that doorway. Plus, Praedyth's transmission is coming from that room. I think it is most likely Praedyth. But like j said, if we do the right things (play it as a daily mission), he survives, and his bones were never there in the first place
