Oh my god I don't even know where to start. 1. You have to work for Bungie to get the E.O.D chest piece that makes your neck on fire. You can use any armor to be on fire, it doesn't have to be Hayabusa. That's seriously a stupid thing to post on the forums when you could just google it.
