I was in a hard mode run and they kicked me for being 308. People are retarded

I did it a 305 and died 4 times the whole raid

300=308 Light level power tiers. Increments of ten. Meaning, when you get to Oryx, it's going to be really high level enemies, meaning you do less damage and take more. I KNOW most of the hard mode raid can easily be done with 300 Light, but I understand why people want higher level people. If you hit 310, you'll be set for anything.

That's not how light works. A 300 is not the same as 308. You don't get magically more powerful as a 310 like you did in yr1

That's true but there won't be a huge difference between say a 305 and a 308 skill is more important
