I truly don't believe it's the guns. Maybe a particular few but not all pulses are like that. I have to use 3-4 burst with bad ju ju to take anyone down in the crucible with full health. If you nerf them a bit just for crucible then it messes with them in pve. Definitely don't want that since my main combo is bad juju, obsidian mind and nova bomb. Just wait until next month when the newest craze of weapon comes into play. Everyone will forget about pulses and fusion or scouts will be back on the chopping block. Good day to you kind guardian. :)
