Halo 5 is fun the story kinda booty

"kinda booty"? The story was as shallow as a bathtub and the ending was just another cheap cliffhanger to make you buy the next game. That's beyond booty.

10 RepliesWar zone is incredibly, best multiplayer ever, love the fact is all next gen quality, finally a game I can actually see the major difference. I still love destiny but I'll be spending much less time focused on just destiny that for sure. Wish destiny focused on just next gen capabilities. Big difference

The graphics are not really next gen to me halo 4 was amazing for being on 360 but 3 years later h5 don't look that new to have all that development time

Edited by SoAnnoying: 10/28/2015 7:29:09 PMSo, I got Halo5. I have played about halfway through the campaign. Visually, Halo5 is gorgeous. The sound is awesome. The game play is great. And it actually has a story..., told in beautiful cinematics. Also, I played some of Halo5's PvP/PvEverything. The maps are huge and it was 'fun'. So, at this point I decided to compare PvP and switched back to Destiny. I played some 'Control' a couple of times, because it didn't take long to become completely frustrated with Destiny.... So, frustrated I immediately wanted to post a picture of my TTK disc broken in half. But, I thought it would be better to post a picture of the receipt from GameStop when I trade Destiny in for something like Fallout4. It has been tweaked so many times, and in the wrong way, Destiny is not a 'fun' game to play anymore. It's not just the PvP and PvE or drops and glitches or the constant 'rebalancing'. It is because Bungie doesn't have a clue on how to fix this 'monster'. As a results we have all become just 'bullet magnets' for a select few. "Festival of the Lost", Bungie is 'Lost'....

Wouldn't know...put my disc in at 6:30am and its now almost 11:30am and I'm still at only 94% installed.

8 RepliesI like it and find little issue with the movement and gunplay mechanics. I think a lot of people are having trouble with the jumps in the game, similar to a friend of mine who co-oped with me through the campaign. If you don't know how to jump+boost combo often, then you are going to have a bad time, not to mention the default button layout doesn't really cater to this sort of play IMO. I ended up customizing my elite controller paddles to fit this style. It has been game changing for me in both PvP and PvE, but I realize the majority of people won't have this level of customization. Some of the guns could use some tweaking. I am not sure how I feel about the named guns having default charge-up abilities that the previous games base guns had....feels a little strange. Can't say much on the story yet, as I have yet to complete the campaign. The PvP aspect of the game seems fun, but spawn killing is a massive issue right now. The spawn locations can literally put you right in front of an enemy player. I give it 8/10 for now.

No Big Team Battle No King of the Hill No Juggernaut (More missing gametypes) No separate objective playlists (Want to play CTF or Stronghold? lul they arent separate..) Stupid pack system (At least unlike Destiny you can get the money in game to buy the packs) I havent done campaign yet but at least Mp Wise its worse than H4. H2 and 3 are still loads better.

Yeah kinda anticlimactic. Started and ended nowhere. A good segway but not good for a full campaign of the game. Don't really feel like anything was really accomplished. But was still pretty fun.
