How are you supposed to do the Raid if there are just "only 310+" Jerks?
I just wanna get some gear, honestly...I know how to not -blam!- it up goddamnit. Most of them aren't even Y1 players -_-

Oh stop they did this with VoG CE and POE.. Look harder, different threads you'll find a couple guys. Then the we need 3 post subsequently gives you what you need.

1 Replysee i dont get this either, i didnt run it last week because i was under the impression if i did normal i wouldnt get loot, why waste my time i figured. this week all i hear is 310 + and emblem showing you've done it. my warlock is 306-307 depending on what weapons i use and in some encounters I change it up. im not a child, i play many other games, some mmo's and I typically find myself in hardmode progression raid teams on these various MMO's I play which all have encounters that vary on difficulty scale all of which trump in comparison to any mechanic this normal or hardmode raid has, excuse me, kill this and stand in that, when you get a debuff move away from others ... ok i can handle this its babysteps in comparison to what im used to dealing with but because i dont have an emblem and my light lvl is alil low thanks to bungie RNG with random attack and defense value's now im unable to find groups for HM kings fall... its absurd

So, YOU MUST have "The Ascendant" emblem AND/OR a hallowed primary. This is just to prove you've beaten hard mode. Also, have a mic (NO KINECT MIC) and be 310+. I CAN AND WILL KICK IF NEEDED! [/spoiler] we mostly try to find a random or two. when I mean fire team I mean my group of 5 (we normally run raids together)

Just my .02, a fart in the wind, so take it for what it's worth OP. Create your own LFG and get a group 303-308's, and start HM with the purpose of GETTING TO ORYX, and grabbing higher level gear along the way. With some luck you'll be able to get a shot at Orxy next week, after another full run and shots at more gear. I promise no 305 is looking for 300 light level guys to HM raid with, but if a +310 guy doesn't want to run with a 305 on the hardest part of the game, it's a problem, or some douchebaggery??? Why would +310's want to handicap their team with dudes that are severely underleveled and not properly equipped? Frustrating that people complain about RNG, but won't follow a few simple steps to get a top level gun (ToM) that will; 1) likely raise your light level, 2) makes flinching and killing in the aura and BoL so much easier at Daughters and Oryx, and 3) get you accepted into the higher level groups you covet. Can groups with 305-308's beat Orxy, absolutely, but my experience has been that once you're at LL 311-312, some stuff that would kill you at Oryx before is survivable, and you can absolutely melt Ogres and LE Knights. Grind your way up, don't be mad dudes don't want to carry you, and you'll get there.

I did it up to oryx with a 307 with no problem. Only 2 people were 310. Just start your own raid. That's what my friend and I did.

2 RepliesThere's not just "310+" people dipshit. There's tons of people that are 304-306 doing a fresh hard mode run. You just want to join people that are 310+ when you're not and you're getting mad about it. Either that or you're just too lazy to spend the time to find a group or make your own. I promise you that if I dropped to 306 or something and tried to find a team I could have one within 10 minutes. Stop being a little bitch.

310+ means they want people for oryx. If your 310 they are still red level but if they're 311 then it doesn't show up red(enemy level). And for some reason it makes a huge difference.

Went in at 305 and got to Oryx and I'm 308. Called it due to disconnects and just being late in general but not giving up. Just look on Destiny Tracker.
