i agree, im not against cosmetics in cash shops but i really dislike the lottery/gamble aspect of certain things. it should have a chance to be in the treasure chests OR just bought straight up. i bought the chests cause i wanted to collect and keep every mask, luckily i got the skull mask but if i wouldnt have, then the option to buy it on its own would be much welcomed.
