Bolt-Caster for PvP. Either one of the other two for PvE.

11 RepliesThey're equal. They each have their own places. However, some of those places are more prevalent than others. To iterate, bolt caster and dark drinker both outshine raze lighter in pvp. However, in pve, dark drinker falls short of the others in terms of usabilty/practicality imo. I would say that I would use raze lighter more often than anything in pve, and bolt caster more often in pvp. I haven't really found a place where dark drinker is more preferable yet. It's a great sword though and I will have all 3 eventually.

toss up between raze lighter and boltcaster. the dark drinker just feels a tad underwhelming by comparison. it's not bad. it's just not the raze light or the bolt caster. idk.

Dark drinker, machine guns are best for bosses and rockets are OK for both. Dark drink is and add destroying machine and why would you want to get that close to a boss that can one shot melee you
