If your hours ahead of us then why didn't you warn us about 9/11. Ha caught your lie
-
You change time, but reset is still 24 actual hours after the last reset.

Edited by Cool-Caution: 10/28/2015 12:20:08 PMwe are no longer on BST we are now back to GMT :) happens very year. who do you not know this. what happened to the schools in the UK have they all gone down hill....
-
It's because the clocks went back on the weekend. It happens all the time when the clocks change.
-
It's cos the uk was it by a solar flair yesterday that torn us from the normal time line and throw us into the future by an hour! Don't worry tho we will get hit again some time in March which will set us right back on track!

Clocks going backwards ......... i dont know sounds like a cheese Might have to nerf clocks

Daylight savings dude...

3 RepliesIn 6 months time there'll be another post like this asking why xur hasn't arrived yet. Happens every week/month/year. It's no big deal. The op usually feels a bit silly and wishes they hadn't asked. All good fun. No need to panic.

Daylight saving lol

3 RepliesDoesn't BST end on the 25th? Americas Daylight savings isn't till Nov. 1
-
Daylight saving.
-
9am now, since the clocks changed. Bungie's reset time is 9am UTC, which is essentially 9am GMT for us, then 10am BST.
-
We are GMT now, not BST. 9am now till March :)

Please can everyone just read up about timezones? Everything is based on UTC. Your timezone will always be UTC + or - n hours. Bungie reset time (at Bungie HQ) is 01:00 AM. Which is UTC -8, UTC reset time is 09:00. This bit will never change. At the moment Bunige HQ is in daylight savings so the are +1 hour. So reset time (as per clocks at Bungie HQ) is 02:00 AM. Now the UK, for example, who have just left daylight savings are back to their normal timezone, which just happens to be the same as UTC (GMT = UTC). So UTC reset is still 09:00 AM and therefore GMT (UK) is now 09:00 AM. Lol, that turned out more complicated than I thought it would be. Basically reset time WILL ALWAYS be 09:00 AM UTC. You'll need to work out what difference you have from UTC at the time!

4 RepliesEdited by Vardnax: 10/27/2015 9:47:53 AMThis is not the first post I see. Do you people (some) in the UK really miss when your time goes back 1 hour? We have daylight savings too where I live and I think no one misses it. I mean, everything starts and stops 1 hour earlier, how can you miss it.

12 RepliesLol you can tell the noobs or not day 1ers , clocks go back 1hour so does reset, clocks going forward 1 hour so does reset!!
-
Bungie nerfed sunlight in the update on Sunday night, however for just £5.99 you can buy "Solar Flair Shards" from Tess which increase the chance of it returning at 6pm (results may vary)
-
Clocks went back an hour dude lol
-
2 RepliesBecause bst ended (clocks go back 1 hour) and the clocks in the USA haven't yet! So it's an hour earlier for a couple of weeks
-
Yeah it was because of the clocks going back, reset used to be 9 am like 6 months ago then they went forward to 10 now back to 9 haha
-
Its because our clocks went back 1 hour.
-
Reset is always the same time relative to GMT. If your local time changes then it will change relative to reset, so an hour forward means reset will be an hour forward for you.

6 RepliesEdited by lmB3tterThanU: 10/27/2015 10:39:07 AMMost of the people replying are idiots and don't actually understand the situation. It's not that OP forgot that there was daylight savings. I work in global market data. UK has their daylight savings 1 week prior to US. This means the usual difference between UK and US time will be offset -1 for a week until US has their daylight savings. Everything in the UK that is based on US time will be 1 hour earlier for a week. Edit: Apparently this is not the situation and bungie actually resets based on your local time instead of US time. Maybe OP really did just f*ck up then.
