I think at the moment it is just from the free legendary package that you get (or the ones you can buy) however as the days go on you may get quests that reward the legendary packs so I would hang tight for now, the event is on for 2 weeks anyway

True. hopefully bungie will offer it w/o having to actually pay real money for a [b][u]CHANCE[/u][/b] at the mask.
