ok I see the issue now either I got trolled are A LOT of people have terrible reading comprehension blue as in "rare" right now the skull only drops as a legendary head piece(purple) and only from legendary chests which you have to PAY for if you weren't lucky on the first mask you got you cannot get it from regular candy bags because those only drop rare head items(blue) now do you see the issue?
