Halo Legends is a mockery of the Halo name.

From the trailer, Halo Legends looks absolutely ridiculous and the only similarity to the video games is a man in a green suit running around killing aliens. Since when did Spartans take off their helmet to point a gun in some girl's face and have a -blam!- monologue with them? Halo is about action, not talking.
I enjoy movies without action and don't need explosions to keep me happy but that's exactly what Halo is. Halo is about action, excitement, and blowing stuff up. Don't get me wrong, Halo has a great plot, but that plot doesn't involve touching conversations with people you meet in the forest.
From what I have seen in the trailer, it doesn't seem like a very far off idea to have the people in the anime film to start holding hands and sing campfire songs. It just looks silly. Have you seen the elites?
Also, what is up with the scene that has the giant spartans (which I have been told actually exist and were some of the first models) shooting lighting and hitting shields that look like bubble shields that you wear? This is not Dragonball. Lets also not forget how a sword battle between Master Chief and The Arbiter would never happen.
Lets remember, I am not some redneck that can't sit through a film unless it has explosions and tits. I love movies with deep meanings and great plots. I just think that Microsoft is destroying the great story that is Halo. I'm glad that Bungie won't be making any Halo games after Reach so they don't have to be associated with the crap Microsoft does with the Halo name. What's next, "Master Chief and Friends Take an Adventure in Candyland?"

1. You didnt create the halo series, so how can u claim someone destroyed it when u dont even have complete grasp of it. 2. Its not a animated movie its several animated shorts like Batman Gotham Knight (EX: One spartan looked like a mech then another was 3D) 3. Bungie can do whatever they want with Halo. 4. If u dont like it dont watch it end of story.
