Yup. I did one raid, got to exactly 300 by equipping the one piece of armor I got and infusing a 303 nightfall armor drop from another character, decoded three exotic weapon engrams, got 310 primary, 310 special and 290 special. Infused 300 hung jury and sniper to 308 which got my other toons light levels up there too.
