16 Replies1. Too long 2. Crazy armor 3. Insta heal on kill 4. No limit on hammers 5. Tracking + AOE Basically a tank Voidwalker with no limit to nova bombs that heals on kills. Golden Gun is kinda OP but even those are limited to 3/4, don't track, no AOE and can't heal on kills. Oh and sniper headshots/rockets actually kill them.

4 RepliesSurvives a direct hit with a launcher, throws one hammer and regenerates all health. Chases down full agility build Bladedancers and survives sniper rounds. Infinite range, homing hammers that regenerate health and can nuke every other Super in existence by simply spamming. Don't even get me started on the ones who get an Overshield and stand on an objective and last 17 years.

14 RepliesLet's see. 1. Full over shield every kill ( blade dancer gets it once with hungering blade. Warlock 1-2 times depending on set up with flame shield ) 2. Insane blast radius. Larger aoe then combustion from golden gun or void walker perk ( not sure of name ). 3 length of super. If the hunter was given 7-9 shots with golden gun how would you feel. 4. Armor. I can kill any other super except sunbreakers with a head shot from my 1000 yard stare. 5. Armor. How the -blam!- do you survive a golden gun shot. I can put down a self rez warlock with a flame shield in one shot. Stormcaller also needs a length nerf. At no point should you activate you super and kill me. I respawn only to have you kill me again on the other side of the map. This also goes for sunbreakers.

It is a ranged super with multiple uses than can wipe a team, with area damage combined with prox. 4. You can heal with each kill 5. Arc blade was nerfed for having the combination of long duration, high armor, and healing on kill. EDIT: They brought the duration/number of strikes you could perform down, don't remember if they touched the armor bonus. But the reduction in duration essentially made it useless in PvE. Now, in non-super comparisons, no issues with SB. It's non-super game is fun and balanced. EDIT 2: Ideally, if a nerf were to hit the Hammer, Titans want their armor, their duration, and their heal. One way to even it out in crucible would be to make 1-hit kills require a direct hit on a normal guardian, 2-hit kill on other armor boosted supers, and splash damage or indirect hits be 2-hit kills on normal guardians. This would probably be the best way to go about it, good aim can reward 5-7 kills, bad aim 2-3 kills. This would also preserve it's PvE usefulness.

[b][u]MOBILITY[/u][/b] Don't get me wrong, I agree that the super is crazy powerful but I kinda buy the argument that it is SUPPOSED to be the tank class. Cool, I'll buy that BUT It is arguably the fastest class in the game if you utilize the jump correctly. Make it a tank and tanks are not supposed to hover around the map raining firey death from the sky. Or Skate across the ground, chasing down hunters, the supposed speedy/stealth class, only to catch them and shove a hammer up their arse. When hammer of Sol activates it should remove all special jump abilities and sprint. Go ahead and keep- The extra armor Health regeneration The multiple, tracking, explosive, napalm sunspot hammers The super charge Just remove the mobility when it activates. For the love of God remove the damn mobility.

Reduce hammer blast radius by a lot. Remove health regen. Unless it's a suncharge (imo) Reduce armor so snipers with impact>rof can headshot. [spoiler] not five reasons. Just one. You get all the benefits of every roaming super. Without any downsides [/spoiler]

Main point is that you can nuke them, they still live, kill you, and regain their health.
