in my non expert opinion but fairly aware of the process of game creation... this all seems like concepts for the raid that were tweaked and put in the actual raid. as you can see, the majority of the landscape in this hidden area is identical to the jumping puzzles and surrounding areas that already exist. this makes me think that what were seeing is remnants of a long past concept of how the jumping areas will look like. for whatever reason though, these areas still exist in the game instead of being removed.
things like this make me understand why this game doesn't run at 60 frames a second. if they have entire copies of the raid sitting outside the map being loaded for no reason, this shit is terribly terribly optimized.

Now we know why raids always lag. There old versions kf the raid built underneath the newer one.
