Daughters Hard - Chest Disappears & No Loot
Hunters First Daughter run, 4 of us die during the last sequence while the last 2 kill the Final Daughter chest spawns in then when one of them jumps down it disappears and none of the 4 dead guardians get any loot.

Every encounter, puzzle has a chance to drop loot if you didn't get anything just bad luck its been like that since launch
