Had same destiny server issues coming back and losing all my special and heavy after having just used a syth prior to the beginning of the round. First issue I had as well, noted it was the distance I was from the player that created the orbs on Oryx. If the press too far up, the orbs generated do not show up for me, as well as ammo drop on ads killed at similar range. Good luck on getting the fix.
