Why does bungie still release content if they can't make it so people can use it? It's been a damn year and you can't even let us play?

There's a lot of information there that can help players diagnose their specific issue. Make sure you click the buttons at the bottom of each page that best describe your issues. Additionally, are you using WiFi? If so, please try switching to a wired connection temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out wireless signal strength/stability as a possible cause.
