Trust me, it does not "work like a charm", if the Titan is half decent, he has plenty of time to turn around OHK you whilst nullifying all the damage you did with cauterize. Chances may have been better if I had full health/max armor, but an engagement shouldn't hinge on sustaining zero prior damage just to have a small chance at winning what should be a fair fight.
