I dont know when the "Non facate" logo was invented, but either way, one of the Finnish Ice-hockey teams "Salamat" has a logo which resembles the "Fist and lighting" alot. And whad 'ya know, the art director of Halo is named "Marcus Lehto" (both really common names in Finland, surname is original to the finns).
