I had everything but the boots drop and didn't play anywhere near as much as I have during previous iron banners (the weekly bounties and automatic buff made lvl 5 fairly easy) so if you didn't get the gear it was probably cos you didn't put the effort it (Although I acknowledge a very small number probably got screwed by RNG)
