I don't know if we are owed anything...but Bungie don't communicate these issues the right way. They are prompt in acting on anything that suggests the consumer is getting more than they are entitled to but come across as a bit apathetic when our time is wasted or when we get less rewards than intended. Of itself the IB glitch isn't a biggie but it's another example where there is a slow increase in a lack of good will between Bungie and its customers
