hey guys first post. I've recently been very luck with a dead orbit quest reward to obtain a Hung Jury SR4 a gun that shaped exactly why i went with dead orbit. One thing that pulled me towards this gun was the perks - Firefly - precision kills cause the enemy to explode? this sounds right up my street as scout rifles don't do very well against multiple targets so this was a huge thing for me. my question is, why is this effect not on my weapon? i have a set of other perks. thanks for any help in advance.
