I've switched to black hammer full time on those bosses. But now that I have both, I have to say, I was staggering oryx quicker in a team with two ToMs and two simulants as opposed to four ToMs. Probably doesn't matter much either way, and freeing your heavy slot for other stuff isn't anything to sneeze at either. But still, it seemed quicker to stagger with simulants.
