It's a beautiful situational weapon, but outside of dense mobs, it falls off. It was my first year two exotic, and I've carved a swath through the game with it, but.... 28 rounds on an AR. If you don't get double kills, the reload does affect you. That being said, keep trying. The Electro AK is definitely fun to use.
