Opinions are based on something. Mine, based on a lot of things. Including a boat load of facts about the writing process. Yours? "But, but, but I like it". That's borderline conjecture, if not full blown. In any argument I've ever had I have yet to see anyone that can point out any reasons WHY it's good beyond the fact that they "like it". That isn't an opinion. It's arrogance. Reminds me of people who eat awful things for your body and proceed to tell you that they're good despite evidence stating the opposite.

Can't argue you with the fact all of these shows are childish, nontheless they weren't piece of shit since all of them passed the 200 something episodes... Hard to find good animes eith as much episodes... Plus all of the product produced based on it like handmade swords, necklace and all the fhist. Personnaly tho I got tired of " the real power is the bonds you have with your friends and all the ones you love and protect" I mean cmon, it might have been funny in the first few episode but find another reason... Loved the first season of Death note but lost interest after L's successor... Knights of sidonia on the other hand has some good storyline but the graphics they chose is kinda meh... I am pretty open to all of the anime's style that can exist, as long as the story is enjoyable.

My list of good anime is very small. A lot o people jumped into it to make a quick buck. Thus explining all the shit. And yes. Almost everyone is on the same page with death note. The successor just wasn't right.
