I like the 1000YS better, simply because of the scopes. I wonder could I get one to drop with luck in the chamber? That with shortgaze would be my ideal sniper.

I'm not too keen on the omolon scopes. It's too zoomed in and I haven't had any drop with a low zoomed scope yet, to compare it with old classics like shortgaze and ambush.

A bit more zoomed than say, stillpiercer, but after a moment of adjustment I find I have trouble switching back. More of a medium to long range scope, which is fine, since if I am rolling with a sniper my primary is catered to close range.
