The legitimate reason is that it takes up too much time and some players have.... you know.... children, wives, husbands, responsibilities and what have you.

Most people have not done any raid, much less the new one.

If you don't raid, their is no use for this gun in the first place. It is useless outside of the sisters and oryx.

It's a full auto good rof scout. Plenty of uses to me, but I won't bother doing the raid to get it.

Definitely a good weapon, but Nope is right. It's really useful for the Raid but kind of not worth it outside of the Raid.
