Would you rather they have a self-res and give you a chance at continuing or have them die and cause a guaranteed wipe?

I'd rather them 1. Not die or 2. Use something useful like song

1) I swear, the whole "not dying" excuse is terrible. Name me one player that can go through the entirety of the game and never die. Never mind, you can't. What if the death wasn't their fault? What happens then, is Fireborn still bad? 2) Song of Flame only benefits the team when you're standing near each other, it'll have no effect whatsoever when standing on platforms like in your example. When you are close together, have fun trying to make Oryx flinch with grenades, I'm sure it'll go [i]very[/i] well.

But people die because of Fireborn. They think "oh, I'm gonna just do something risky because I can self res if I -blam!- up" that's what all my warlock friends tell me anyway. I generally prefer to use voidwalker or radiant skin.
