Because only like 35% of players that have attempted the raid have beaten it.
Because getting 45 fragments utterly sucks, especially when you've picked up fragments on multiple different characters.
Because farming Hadium Flakes sucks as well.
I guess what it boils down to is if you have time to acquire it or not.

Patience and time are both appropriate ways to describe it. Anyways, I have it, but it was more about time than patience for me. I definitely have the patience to grind it out, but it boiled down to if I had the time for it. I buckled down the other day and spent like 8 hours looking for all the fragments and then looking back for the ones i might have already gotten on my other character.
