Elemental primaries: how to do it
As many people have noticed Bungie has removed elemental primaries in year two.
Hopefully they will not return as they were before kn the hard raid, why not rather have completion of the raid bosses have a 50% chance of dropping an elemental orb you can infuse in your weapon?
That way, if you want to use a vendor weapon you font be forced to use your raid weapons only to have a burn.
If you have other suggestions please elaborate below, truly hope Deej or Cozmo will pick up on this.

I would support if you only get one per character, like the sword. You use it on a weapon of your choice, and if you want to give it to a new weapon you have to infuse the gun with the orb into it. This would make that primary meaningful and costly if you want to switch, and the one element per character would allow you to have all 3 elements, but with a lot of hard work.
