How do you kill a sunbreaker on a close quarters map?
Without dieing with them???
You have no super available at the time and you are 4 feet away from the sunbreaker with an activated super.
You only havr the found verdict shotgun and a slow rate of fire pulse rifle with no heavy ammo available. What do you do?
And you are a night stalker
Look at my k.d before you'll start saying things like "get gud" and compare how many times I've dead and how many kills ive gotten over yours before talking abunch of foolish smack
By the way i died before i can even turn the corner from his hammer of sole aoe splash damage. There was no time to shotgun him like all you might think is completely possible
Nevermind yall I found out the weapon to kill those sunbreaker. The pocket infinity.

If the titan had bad aim you can walk in circles if they have thumbs instead of using their tongue to use the thumbsticks jump fire throw melee...possibilities are endless as the hammer tracking has like a 6 inch range. They're not that op. Annoying to suddenly hear clink but meh. They can't really do too much damage because they're slow...unlike bladedancer.

I literally crouch a corner when I hear it and try to sneak in a sniper shot if I'm in good position. If you're caught in that situation it's almost a guaranteed death. Like you said the aoe damage is gigantic and the damage resistance is way too high. I'm debating running defender Titan with suppressor grenades just because of this in trials depending on the map. I would argue a defender Titan with a suppressor grenade every 25'seconds is theoretically better at dealing with supers then the Titan shadow shot every 4 minutes.

1 answer, you cant kill a sunbreaker. Its literally a golden gun with infinite ammo, and splash damage. What was bungie's thought in creating this super?
