Hand cannons are trash now, yes, but I don't think buffing The Last Word is the solution... they need to buff like every hand cannon back to being useable EXCEPT the last word, hawkmoon, thorn, etc...

It's barely decent where it's at now. But I do agree. Hawkmoon and thorn are perfect where they are number wise as far as the Stats we can see.

It's fine, it's just you have to actually use it as it was intended now. Shutdown shotgunner idiots who run straight at you. Legendary hand cannons on the other hand couldn't hit a 10ft target 20ft in front of them.
