Y2 Helm of Saint-14 should've had a perk that ANYONE who steps in the bubble is not only blinded but suppressed or because of the bubbles light strength being immense, it burns those around it like a giant vortex grenade with increased radius. At least to give it a sense of lethality and a more menacing presence on the battlefield, whether it be PvE or PvP.
