Since the major update a couple weeks ago, I've received no rares higher than 285. Before that, I had blues dropping as high as 300, with most of them around 290-295. Now blues typically drop at around 275, legendaries 280, and exotics 290. I've been grinding heroic strikes for 2 weeks to level up my 293 guardian, but nothing ever drops higher than what I have. (Even for Oryx, I only got 2 moldy shards for beating him last week, but that's another story...). The only way I know of to level is the exotic sword quest. Did something change with RNG? Is the Raid dice roll my slim best-bet now?!?
