The Osiris Conspiracy - Pt. 2 - The Traveler is EVIL

So, as we leave off from a few days ago, I'd like everyone here to watch this video, made by MatPat of the Game Theorists. He kinda rips on Destiny but deal with it, it's important and relevant to the Osiris Conspiracy. Game Theory: Destiny's Lost Story EXPOSED If you don't want to watch it, here's basically what it says. That Guardians are manipulated by the Traveler, and there is a lot of evidence that the Traveler is evil, Guardian's thoughts are simulated and fake, the Ghost is evil, stuff like that. Anyways, MatPat makes a very convincing argument. And we can point to multiple Grimoire cards that confirm this. Except, one of them, is Osiris' Grimoire. If you recall me leaving off my lost post with What Drives a Warlock To Madness? Truth. Then you'd know that Osiris knew something other Guardians couldn't possibly comprehend, and that is the Traveler is EVIL. Cue Mermaid Man loops! But seriously, Osiris believed that the Traveler was going to use our Solar System as a sacrifice to the Darkness, and that it caused the Collapse. It's the sole reason the Fallen hate us! Now, we can also presume that the Guardians weren't chosen for any particular reason except that they can be controlled, blindly follow, kill. Osiris realized this, so he left. He left willingly, but he was also forced to leave. It's complicated, but it was both. Now, in Caloris Basin on Mercury we know is the Lighthouse, and the Crucible maps. And that was where Osiris was last seen, according to the Grimoire. Odds are, though, he's not there anymore. He's either still wandering the Vex portals, controlling the Vex as many believe because of the Sunbreaker mission, or even among the Awoken in the Reef, posing under a new name. These are all possible, but my money is that Osiris learned to control the Vex, or at least some of them, and had them guard his Lighthouse on Mercury while he left to establish his Trials. As for Saint-14, he commemorated Osiris. He wanted him to become Commander of the Vanguard, but from what it seems they turned out to be enemies. I wonder, what happened between them? Did they fight, or did the Speaker simply tell him he was evil, saying that the Traveler wanted him dead because he knew to much. Again, pointing back to them wanting to control Guardians. And as for the Sunbreakers, for Sol, they must be related to Osiris. He is talked about when you unlock the subclass, the Trials of Osiris sniper is called Eye of Sol while the weapon you wield in the super is Hammer of Sol. Odds are, Sol was blind, like Osiris. He was a Titan, possibly even the first Sunbreaker. His hammer, infused with the solar power of a Sun-Singer. You can't deny, it seems possible.
“There is something concerning you? More Fallen march on the City?” “No, not this time. I have word that Osiris was seen on Mercury. The Caloris Basin. He’s turned his mind back to the Vex.” “Mercury? Too many channels to know. You activate one, you start to feed its veins. He threatens our peace.” “Your duty, my son. You must never forget.” “I cannot.” The Ghost killed the feed and waited for its Guardian’s words. “Ghost, prepare my Vex arsenal and plot a course for Mercury. That old man is about to wake up hell.”
• "There's this cool little things our brain does. It creates order in chaos. random noises can sound like words, even more so when you are told that's what they sound like. Bullshit shows like Ghost Hunters feed on this anomaly to convince people that there's actually a ghost talking to them, not just nonsense (ever wonder why centuries old ghosts in germany speak modern day english?) The Dreg did not say "the Darkness" but let's just assume they did. If they did, which again they didnt, evil is perspective. The -blam!-'s are the evil force because they were the ones we fought against, to them (the -blam!-), we were the evil force stopping them from doing whatever the hell their "this is why we're good guys" thing was. The Darkness is shown in the Book of Sorrow as a force from Fundament called the Deep by Hive such as Oryx and his sisters, so no we really can't be the Darkness seeing as how they are trying to destroy the Traveler. Yes i firmly believe the Traveler came to us knowing it was chased, knowign it needed an army, but that doesnt mean we're evil. We're fighting forces that would kill us, therefore we're good. The Traveler did bring them to us, but not for the intention of killing us, but for the intention of protecting itself. "proxy army" is one that you mention. This is her stance, this is why she does what she does. No offense, but it's like you read 4 cards and a reddit post at this point. So for the Black Garden yes they are worshipping, but no they aren't peaceful. As i said it's like you read 4 cards, again in the Books of Sorrow we see that Quria was the Vex mind in control that decided to worship. They stole a Worm, the connection to the Deep, and decided that the Hive God power was what they wanted to obtain. Stealing the Worm, and replicating the Darkness into the Proto-Darkness which is what we fight there, the Black Heart. The Deep Stone Crypt isnt a Guardian (5 grimoire cards, im sorry) it's in the perspective of an Exo. These were originally machines, entirely made to fight, war machines. But along the time-line, heavily suggested in Cayde-6's Journal, Exos were seeded with HUMAN consciousness. Fate of Skolas is just going back to the we're evil to them, but i'd like to call you out again on not actually doing your research because it's apparent and as someone who takes this seriously seeing this is like a slap in the face. The Great Machine is mentioned in more than just those areas. Whirlwind wsa the Darkness, and thanks to other Lore pieces it shows it was actually Oryx's brood that caused it. The Eliksni aren't against it! my god how how how -blam!-ing how. This is personal now. THEY WANT THE TRAVELER BACK! PLAY THE GAME AND IT LITERALLY SAYS THIS! and now you are believing an unknown reddit user. so yea. 5 cards and two reddit posts. I know i come off as a dick, but i feel like i should because this is offensive. I take this seriously, you've likely heard my name because people have actually contacted me asking if YOU contacted me before/after this video. Otherwise i wouldnt have even watched this thing or written this response. Your name carries weight, and that means it's your responsibilty to do your research before posting somehting like this. There are no doubt countless who will just subscribe to this theory because it's you telling them! and to be SO wrong on it too! Honestly i checked the date. I thought this must have been a year old and it's a mistake, there's so much that disproves everything youve said." —AnonPig, 2k15
In other words, this video is so very wrong
