Since we all seem to agree that class quest weapons in general are very underwhelming (I had no regrets sharding my fully leveled Fabian), why don't we come up with ways to fix them, I only have experience with Titan weapons so I'll talk about those, but I'll also edit in good suggestions to the main post. Immobius: Maybe I just suck, but people always seem to out shotgun me even with armour of light, overall nothing needs to be done, because it's an amazing shotgun in raw stats, but having a hard to use perk on it is annoying. Fix #1: Change Bouncer to "While inside Ward of Dawn with Armour of Light active, this gun reloads faster and can fire through the Ward of Dawn" Fix #2: Leave Bouncer the same, but give it additional effects for the other Titan subclasses. e.g Create a Sunspot on kills for SunBreakers (5-10 sec cooldown) or grant increased melee distance and damage for a short time on Strikers Fabian Strategy: Overall autorifles just need a buff, and this high FR low Impact archetype is annoying hard to use, especially in pvp, but for now let's focus on Fabian. Fix #1: reduce the Stability increase from Frontlines and add Impact to the bonus, (enough to make it worth the Exotic slot) also remove criwd control. Currently Fabian needs to be in shotgun and Fusion range for Frontlines to proc, but the bonuses do very little to help you survive at this distance Fix #2: Increase the FR bonus to something at least noticeable This is probably the most common complaint about the Fabian, the FR bonus from Frontlines is too tiny to notice (if there really even is one at all). The 1% increase just isn't enough to make this worth the Exotic Slot. I'm not good at math so idk what increase it should get (it shouldn't become a laser beam), but off the top of my head I was thinking a 5% increase would be satisfactory.
