I have a plasma tv aswell. Destiny caused some serious image retention. Therefoe, I stopped play the game and will not buy the expansions before they fix som sort of opacity hud. The yellow bar and white weapon logos are too bright. I cannot believe why developers still create static huds? Not just because of plasma tvs, but static logos ruin the game experience a bit. Instead, I would like to see more of the environment in the game. Hud should always be like 50% see through in all games.
Please, fix this issue and I will play again. I really love the game but cannot play anymore since my plasma tv gets image retention. I would really like to play Destiny!

I'm with you brother. I've been waiting since Jan. And no, I will not buy the expansion or do any micro transactions until this problem, which has existed since BETA, is fixed. I too want to play Destiny. But I love my Plasma tv more.

I can not believe why they do not fix this issue! Its really not that hard! I would not bother if the game was boring. But now I really want to play online with all my friends. Still, I decided not to since Destiny destroys my TV, even though I bought the future of tvs: oled. 😓
