hello.i'm in italy and i experienced the same problems when i play in crucible.my 7 mb connections only get me intensive damages but with only 384 kbite in upload to do damages at opponents i must consume 3 loaders with any tipe of weapon.bungie reccomend one mb in upload so i think that will never be possible playing pvp in destiny on equal terms with others.I can not trust even the radar that indicates me nonexistent enemies.......sometimes I have to laugh
