Titan vs Spartan. Who wins?
I personally think that a Titan would win even without a super. They aren't that different.

Two words. Spartan Abilities. IVs can basically fist of havoc whenever they want, they can hover while shooting, reaction thrusters on their armor, and the ability to smash through solid walls!

Even as that was looked down upon and stopped they made a different kind of training regimen only with accomplished odst soldiers who moved up and were considered the best of the best. Spartans shifted the tide of humanity's extinction and will reclaim the universe. Titans stopped humanity's extinction by defending the last city but they haven't single handedly brought humanity back they had help from warlocks and hunters.
