Destiny player drop rate when halo 5 and black ops 3 arrive?
What do you think the player drop rate will be from oct 27 to nov 6? More adding Fallout 4?

1 Replynot planning to give up Destiny but tbh as a day 1/beta player with 3 original guardians, starting a new legend every year has thrown a wet blanket on the idea of "becoming legend" over 10 years My Halo 5 break may end up being a lot more extensive than I thought it would be... Ten 1 year "plans" does not = one 10 year plan. That doesn't mean I want to use the same stuff all 10 years but starting essentially from scratch every year sounds like every other game when a new version comes out except most of the "new" content is just recycled prior content from year 1. I often see "that's what mmo games do" - my answer is, So what???? Bungie can dare to do something different with Destiny - no law says you have to do it the same way any other game in similar genre does things

That's how it works, and that's the point of releasing DLC every few months instead of putting it all out there at once. It extends the life of the game... That being said, I am more frustrated with this game now than I have been at any other point. I enjoy so much about it, but every time that we turn around Bungie is doing something else to the games economy for no reason but to lengthen the grind and slow down in-game progress as much as possible...

Black Ops 3 will be on and off for me (mostly split screen multiplayer since my wife is a CoD fan), but Battlefront will be destroying my free time for a while till all that nostalgia is used up lol.

Fallout 4 and I'm out. Would've hung on to play intermittently, whether for Nightfalls or Iron Banner. But yeah. No. There will be no rearview mirror now.

I already made up my mind despite caving to the peer pressure and getting TTK. They made some nice changes, but they still can't seem to find a balance in keeping the game as a whole relevant. The hype is purely driven off of the next DLC. Just imagine how "expansive" TTK could have been if all previous strikes were relevant (the taken showing up in each). Or what if they had dropped in newer yr 2 gear into the VoG to help entice newer players to progress through the content in sequential order. The same can be said for TDB and PoE. None of that is relevant whatsoever other than for strange coin and mote farming. They could have easily thrown the new modifiers into PoE. Imagine a round getting crashed by the Taken.... With the Reef currently "queenless", they could have done this to refresh the grind. I'm happy with what they've done but at 1600+ hrs I don't allow myself to jump on the hype trains anymore. Just my 2 cents.

I plan on playing both of those and still destiny. Although once I get everything I want on my hunter I'm taking a break and beating Tomb Raider, The Walking Dead, and Dragon Age. Then when fallout and dark souls drop its time to lose my social life lol

Leaving for good. I'm probably selling my ps4 to get an Xbox One for Halo. After that going back to CS GO for gaming. I gave Destiny a chance but I know better than to expect it to improve. I still believe people only think TTK was so good is because the base game set the bar so low, but I feel like there's even less content and variety than there was before.

I can't wait for fallout...I like Destiny, but for an old geezer like me the raid , the grind, and all the changes are just too stressful...the more you play this game, the less fun it becomes...it's a shame.

Buying halo purely for the story mode. Halos multiplayer turned to shit/ i dislike it after Halo 3. Screw COD, and fallout 4 is one of those games i can interchange with Destiny, seeing how they both are time holes.
