You act like this has never happened before. But if you remember correctly, most of the primaries with a burn on VoG OR CE were dropped in HARD MODE. Personally I think it's awesome that we can at least get raid primaries from normal mode, kind of like how you could get the messenger or the summoner from House of Wolves without a burn. Maybe they weren't as useful as the Adept versions but hey, that really doesn't matter much in Crucible, does it? Edit 1: Okay since everyone loves to point this out, yes, Atheons Epilogue and Vision of Confluence dropped on VoG normal. No one ever used Atheons epilogue, don't act mad like you did. VoC, yes we used it. But the other 8? Fatebringer, Praedyths Timepiece, and the Vex Mythoclast all dropped on Hard. Fang of It Yut, Abyss Defiant, Word of Crota, Oversoul Edict, and Crux (Necrochasm) all dropped on Hard. That's 8 out of 10. The MAJORITY of elemental primaries dropped on Hard. Edit 2: Some of you are CLEARLY missing the point here. I wasn't trying to imply that any previous raid dropped non-elemental primaries, I'm saying that nearly every primary with a burn in the game came from Hard Mode raids, with the exception of only two guns. TTK will most likely continue this trend, but they were nice enough to give us primaries on normal for now, even tho they aren't elemental.
