After this you need to dismantle the Sleeper Simulant too. You also have to decipher the codes on the screens in the bunker as well while doing the above. Make sure before you go in there that you point at the Rasputin logo on the wall too. You also have to dance in front of the door as it opens while grabbing the hidden ghost.
